A Funeral Mass for 74-year-old Ralph V. Kiser, of Star City, will be held at 10 a.m. ET on Friday, April 13 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 12 from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Frain Mortuary in Winamac with a scriptural wake service at 8 p.m. ET. Memorial contributions may be made to the Star City Volunteer Fire Department or The Children’s TherAplay Foundation, Inc.
