Raymond E. Milam, Sr., 57, of Monterey, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, March 1st, 2011. Funeral services will be Monday, March 7th, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is Monday after 11:00 a.m ET until the time of services at the Funeral Home.
