Funeral services for Reid Neil Heisner, 58, of Star City, are Monday, Aug. 8 at 11 a.m. EDT at Star City United Methodist Church. Graveside services with military honors by the VFW and American Legion will follow in Star City West Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday, Aug. 7 from 2 until 6 p.m. EDT at Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Memorial contributions may be given to the funeral home to help with expenses.
