Burial of cremated remains of Richard “Dick” Wallace Bailey, 80, of Fresno, Calif., formerly of Royal Center, will take place on Nov. 4, 2016 at Royal Center Cemetery. Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home Royal Center Chapel is in charge of local arrangements.
