Funeral Services for 96-year-old Richard E. “Dick” Werner, of Winamac, will be held at 2 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, October 23rd at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Winamac. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Monday, October 22nd at Frain Mortuary in Winamac as well as one hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke Lutheran Church.
