Funeral services for Richard H. Oswalt, 84, of Royal Center are Tuesday, December 20 at 1 p.m. at the Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home Royal Center Chapel, with visitation there from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorials may be given to Bell Center Bible Church.
