Richard W. Jacobs, 63, of Star City, Indiana passed away Wednesday, March 9th, 2011. Funeral services will be Thursday, March 17th, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac, Indiana. Visitation is one hour prior to services at the Funeral Home. Military graveside services will be conducted. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
