No services will be held for Robert Jeffrey “Jeff” Winstead Sr., 62, of Francesville. The Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Francesville is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with final expenses.
