A celebration of life for Robert Kenneth Fransen, 67, of Pulaski, will take place Saturday, June 11 at 3 p.m. EST at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, with visitation there from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. The American Legion and VFW will conduct military rites at teh funeral home. Memorials may be given to VFW Post 1728 in Winamac.
