Robert William Pugh, 60, of Winamac, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, March 1st, 2011. Funeral services will be Friday, March 4th, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is one hour prior to services, Friday, at the Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the family for educational expenses for Robert’s children. Military graveside services will be conducted.
