Ronald (Ronnie) Lee Bailey, 66, of Rochester, Indiana, passed away Sunday, September 5th, 2011. Military honors will be held Thursday, September 8th, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. ET at the Good Family Funeral Home in Rochester. The family will greet friends following the service until 8:00 p.m. ET. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Camp Scholarship Fund, or to the Fulton County Fund through the Indiana Community Foundation
