Funeral services for Ruby Ann Cotner, 84, of Winamac, are Friday, Oct. 21 at 11 a.m. EDT at the Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Francesville, with visitation there Thursday, Oct. 20 from 4 until 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be given to the Francesville Volunteer Fire Department.
