Graveside services for Russell Dale Allen, 74, of Killeen, Texas are Saturday, July 16 at 1 p.m. EDT at the Monon Cemetery, with visitation from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Monon Civic Center. The American Legion will conduct military graveside services. The Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Francesville is handling local arrangements.
