Tom Collins, 100, of Culver, Indiana, formerly of Winamac, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, January 25th, 2012. Funeral services will be Friday, February 3rd, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
