Funeral services for Tommie J. Powlen, 87, of Royal Center, are Friday, March 10 at 2 p.m. EST at Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home Royal Center Chapel, with visitation there from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorials may be given to the Cass County Humane Society.
