Troy Douglas Ratliff, 58, of Culver, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, August 2nd, 2011. Friends are invited to attend a final call recognition at the Culver-Union Township EMS building on Saturday, August 6th, 2011 at 11:15 a.m. ET.
