Vern A. Kissinger, Sr., 87, of Royal Center, Indiana, passed away Sunday, October 23rd, 2011. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 29th, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. ET at the Harrison-Metzger and Rans Funeral Home, Royal Center Chapel. Visitation will be Friday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. ET and Saturday one hour prior to services at the Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Woodbridge Health Campus in Logansport.
