Vernon J. Pelsy, 92, of Francesville, Indiana passed away Sunday, July 15th, 2012. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 18th, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. ET at the Apostolic Christian Church in Francesville. Visitation is Tuesday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Francesville and one hour prior to services at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
