Vernon R. Pratt, 75, of Burnettsville, Indiana passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2012. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 23, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Military graveside services will be conducted.
