Funeral services for Victoria “Vicky” Lynn Risner, 60, of Knox, are Tuesday, July 21 at 1:00 p.m. at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel in Knox, with visitation there from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorials may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project.
