Funeral services for 82-year-old William Arthur “Bill” Pugh, Jr., of Ft. Wayne, formerly of Winamac, will be held on Monday, February 4 at noon EST at Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation will be held there on Sunday, February 3 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and one hour prior to services on Monday. Memorial Contributions may be given to First United Methodist Church.
