Private services for William Charles “Bill” Goble, 89, of Winamac, will be held at Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Memorials may be given to the William O. “Billy” Goble Scholarship or the First United Methodist Church of Winamac Fund at the Community Foundation of Pulaski County.
