Funeral services for William F. (Bill) Starr, 77, of Florida, formerly of Winamac, are Friday, May 28 at 11:00 a.m. EDT at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Winamac. Visitation is Thursday, May 27 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Frain Mortuary in Winamac and Friday, May 28 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Memorials may be given to St. Luke Lutheran Church.
