William H. Locke, 88, of Winamac, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, April 6th, 2011. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 9th, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is after 10:00 a.m. ET Saturday until the time of services at the Funeral Home. Masonic services will be held at 12:30 p.m. ET Saturday at the Funeral Home. Military graveside services will be conducted. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
