William J. Howat, 73, of Francesville, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, December 21st, 2010. Graveside services will be Thursday, December 23rd, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. ET at the Roseland Cemetery in Francesville, Indiana. No visitation is scheduled. Memorial contributions may be given to a charity of the donor’s choice. The Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Francesville is handling arrangements.
