Funeral services for William Lewis “Bill” Rater, 85, of Monon are Tuesday, November 21 at 11 a.m. EST at the Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Francesville, with visitation there Monday, November 20 from 3 to 8 p.m. The VFW and American Legion will conduct Military Graveside Services. Memorials may be given to the Francesville First Christian Church.
