William Russell Mann, 50, of Scottsville, Kentucky, passed away Monday, April 4th, 2011. Masonic graveside services will be held Thursday, April 7th, 2011 at 2:00 pm. ET a the McKinley Memorial Garden Cemetery. No visitation is scheduled. The Frain Mortuary in Winamac is in charge of arrangements.
