Incidents:
11/07/13 North Judson police responded to an animal complaint. The officer located the dog and returned it to its owner.

11/06/13 Police responded to a disabled vehicle complaint north of County Road 700 S. on State Road 39. The owner of the vehicle contacted Bau’s towing to have his vehicle towed.

11/06/13 A resident reported a possible intoxicated driver. An officer checked the area but was unable to locate the vehicle.

11/04/13 Officers were notified of a car vs. deer accident just east of town. A report was completed.

Arrests:
11/10/13 Clay D. Lovely, 202 W. Weninger Street, of North Judson, IN, was arrested for a Starke County Child Support Body Attachment.

Incidents:
11/11/13 Caller told police that she has money missing from her apartment. She suspects that her friends may have taken the money.

11/11/13 Members of the Winamac Fire Department and EMS were called out to a controlled fire.

11/08/13 Pulaski County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a serious crash on State Road 114 at the intersection of County Road 1600 West involving a semi tractor trailer and a car. The investigation revealed 19-year-old Zachery R. Conkel of rural Francesville failed to stop at the intersection with State Road 114. The 1990 Toyota struck the right side of a 2005 Freightliner semi tractor trailer that was eastbound on State Road 114. The impact caused driver of the car to be ejected from his car. Conkel was taken to Jasper County Hospital in Rensselaer and died of his injuries.

Several car vs. deer accidents were investigated by police officers. Keep a close eye out for deer as they are on the move.

11/04/13 A caller advised that his 20-year-old daughter was struck by a vehicle. She was conscious and breathing, but suffered leg injuries. The girl was taken to Pulaski Memorial Hospital.

11/02/13 A caller advised hit large deer and the deer was still alive although in not good condition.

11/02/13 A 19-year-old man was taken to Pulaski Memorial Hospital for observation. He was reportedly intoxicated, violent, and uncontrollable.

10/31/13 Monterey Fire Department was called to a structure fire.

10/31/13 A caller advised that an unknown person broke into her mother’s residence and took items. The caller’s mother had passed away a year ago.

10/29/13 A caller advised that someone drove through their yard and destroyed a well pit.

10/29/13 The theft of metal was reported to the Winamac Police Department. The piece of metal was in the back of a truck and it was a piece of stainless steel from a pizza oven.

10/28/13 Police were notified of a possible situation with a 17-year-old and a man believed to be the boy’s mother’s boyfriend.

10/28/13 A caller told police that an apartment was broken into by a former resident. The former resident was trying to get some of his things back and stole a few of his roommates things as well.

10/28/13 A tractor theft was reported.

10/27/13 A caller advised someone was just there and threatened to stab her with a knife. The suspect left wearing a hooded sweatshirt and khaki pants.

10/27/13 The Medaryville Fire Department was notified of a hay bale fire.

10/25/13 A man told police that some unknown person stole one tractor of his and attempted to steal another tractor.

10/24/13 Police were notified of a break-in and the resident found that rent money was stolen.

Arrests:
11/11/13 Brian York, 39, of Medaryville, IN, arrested on a preliminary charge of Driving While Suspended-Prior.

11/04/13 Jennifer Howard, 35, of Winamac, IN, arrested on preliminary charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury and Disorderly Conduct.

Incidents:
11/04/13 – A resident of the 900 block of West 500 South in North Judson reported someone had siphoned gasoline from her vehicle and her home was TP’d.

11/04/13 – A resident of the 8600 block of East 700 North reported someone had tried breaking into his residence.

11/04/13 – 11/05/13 – Joe Jackson told police that someone had stolen fuel from his truck while parked at Knoll Brothers.

11/05/13 – A resident of the 1300 block of West State Road 10 in North Judson reported a phone scam.

11/05/13 – Amy Trent of North Judson told police a crossbow and deer decoy were stolen from her garage.

11/05/13 – Kathryn Smith of North Judson reported someone had shattered her bathroom window.

11/05/13 – A resident of the 8900 block of South Jefferson Street in Monterey reported someone had stolen property from her residence.

11/06/13 – A resident of Knox reported her daughter’s iPod Touch was stolen.

11/06/13 – Ron Trusty of North Judson reported a case of identity theft.

11/06/13 – A resident of the 6100 block of South 250 West told police that someone had broken into his residence and stolen items.

11/07/13 – A resident of the 3200 block of South 850 West in San Pierre reported items were stolen from her home.

11/07/13 – The Koontz Lake Market was reportedly burglarized.

11/07/13 – Robert Craig of Monterey reported an AC unit stolen.

11/07/13 – Marlene Sherland of Walkerton told police her home had been broken into.

11/08/13 – Laura Dalton of Knox told police someone had applied for loans in her name.

11/08/13 – Zachary Bau of Knox reported someone had stolen his medication.

11/08/13 – A resident of the 4100 block of South Range Road told police that her home had been broken into.

11/08/13 – Priscilla Nelson of Monterey told police that someone had broken into her residence and stolen her piping and wiring.

11/08/13 – A resident of the 6600 block of West 400 South reported guns were stolen from her home.

11/09/13 – A theft was reported in the 3800 block of North 900 East near Grovertown.

11/10/13 – A resident of the 10400 block of East 500 North in Grovertown.

Arrests:

11/06/13 – Rachelle Leeann Stamper, 19 of North Judson, and Leviathon Bobo were arrested following a follow-up investigation with the state fire investigator.

11/07/13 – Kenneth Bruce Mackay, 27 of Knox, was arrested on charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving.

11/08/13 – Luis Delarosa, 33 of Indianapolis, was arrested on charges of Driving as an Habitual Traffic Violator.

11/08/13 – Jeremy R. Risner, 40 of North Judson, was arrested on charges of Habitual Traffic Violator.

11/10/13 – Christopher A. Liby, 45 of Rochester, was arrested on charges of Driving While Intoxicated.
