Incidents:

01/04/2015 – A property damage incident was reported in the 400 block of south Portland Street after beer bottles were allegedly used to break a car window and puncture tires.

Incidents:
12/29/14 – A resident reported to police the smell of natural gas in the area of Mulberry and Lincoln. NIPSCO was at the scene when the officer arrived.

12/29/14 – The North Judson Police Department assisted Department of Natural Resource Conservation Officers in serving a search warrant in the 4700 block of C.R. 450 West.

12/29/14 – A driver reported a possible intoxicated driver in the 400 block of East Talmer Avenue. The officer checked the area and was not able to locate the vehicle.

12/29/14 – North Judson Police assisted the Starke County Sheriff’s Department in a domestic complaint in the 5200 block of South A Street.

12/30/14 – The Dyer Police Department requested assistance from the North Judson Police Department in reference to a robbery suspect. The subject was not located.

12/30/14 – Police responded to a property damage accident at the corner of Keller Avenue and Main Street. Officer Brack Rowe investigated and estimated the damages at over $1,000.

01/01/15 – An owner of a local business reported topolice of an intoxicated male subject that was causing problems. Officer Frank Thomas conducted a brief investigation and arrested Damian Alexander Clark, 21, of Peru for intimidation, public intoxication and public nudity.

01/01/15 – North Judson Police responded to an injured deer call in the 6100 block of Division Street. The deer had what appeared to be a broken front leg disappeared behind some houses.

01/02/15 – North Judson Police Officer Frank Thomas conducted a traffic stop in the area of County Road 275 West and County Road 500 South. After a brief investigation, Julia Ann Joseph, 42, of North Judson was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

01/02/15 – A resident reported two loose German Shepherds in Norwayne Field. One of the dogs had an injured rear leg and was placed in the squad car. The other dog followed the squad car and was not able to be captured until it arrived at the Starke County Humane Society.

01/02/15 – North Judson Police responded to a loud noise complaint in the 7000 block of C.R. 590 West. A resident lit off a firework. They advised the officer that they were done for the evening.

12/29/14 – Christopher M. Gross, 29, of Knox, arrested on a Starke Circuit Court Warrant.

01/01/15 – Damian Alexander Clark, 21, of Peru, arrested on preliminary charges of intimidation, public intoxication and public nudity.

01/02/15 – Julia Ann Joseph, 42, of North Judson, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

12/31/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a two vehcile property damage accident on U.S. 35 at 200 South in Knox. No injuries were reported.

01/01/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a vehicle versus deer crash in the 700 block of south 1200 East in Knox.

01/01/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a vehicle versus deer crash on State Road 10 east of 200 East.

01/02/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a single-vehicle property damage accident at the intersection of State Road 39 and State Road 8 in Knox. The driver hit a large animal, possibly a raccoon, and his vehicle sustained significant front-end damage.

01/02/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department was notified of a break-in at Dragon Industries in the 2011 block of East State Road 10 in Knox.

01/02/15 – The Stakre County Sheriff’s Department, Starke County EMS and Hamlet Fire Department responded to a traffic accident on U.S. 35 at 500 North in Hamlet.

01/02/15 – A Knox man filed a theft report for a vehicle taken from the 2300 block of south 100 East in Knox. a vehicle stolen.

01/02/15 – A resident in the 100 block of north Webster Street in San Pierre reported her trash can was stolen.

01/02/15 – A resident in the 7200 block of west 700 South in North Judson reported trash was dumped on his property.

01/02/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a two-vehicle accident on U.S. 35 at 400 North in Hamlet.

01/02/15 – Starke County Sheriff’s Deputies and Knox City Police officers were involved in a low-speed pursuit on U.S. 35 at the overpass in Hamlet.

01/03/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a single-vehicle property damage accident in the 7100 block of east 25 North.

01/03/15 – A resident in the 7600 block of south 700 East in Knox reported someone did burn outs in his front yard.

01/03/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department, Starke County EMS and Washington Township Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle injury crash at the intersection of 700 East and 50 South in Knox.

01/04/15 – A resident in the 7100 block of east 900 South in Knox reported the windows were busted out of his car the previous night while it was parked in front of his house.

01/04/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a single vehicle accident on 900 East south of Yellowstone and found a vehicle in a ditch. The driver was not injured.

01/04/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch on State Road 10 west of State Road 39 North.
