09/30/11 A resident called police to report suspicious activity. The caller said that some unknown person(s) were parked in his driveway and messing around by the house.
09/30/11 A Winamac resident called to report that her TV and other items were stolen from her apartment.
09/30/11 A Star City resident reported that a vehicle was driving by her house and stopped in front of her house every once in a while. Upon further investigation, the car belonged to subjects from the U.S. Department of Health and they are redoing mapping.
09/30/11 A businessman reported items stolen from the business.
09/29/11 A Cass Township resident called to report that some unknown person(s) came onto his property and stole items and conducted vandalism.
09/28/11 A Star City resident reported a break-in at his shop. Some items were stolen.
09/28/11 A Medaryville resident told police that he just bought some items and he noticed them missing after a guest was in his house.
09/28/11 A resident in the Bruce Lake area called police to report that some unknown male individuals just went by her house and threw a pumpkin at her mailbox.
09/27/11 A utility pole in the Francesville area was reportedly on fire. NIPSCO was advised of the situation.
09/27/11 A Star City resident reported a theft from his shop.
09/27/11 A Monterey resident requested to speak to an officer regarding the theft of trailer axles.
09/27/11 An inmate in the jail told the staff that he smelled smoke. The fire department was called to the scene to check it out. A ballast had started to smoke in one of the cells and the problem was corrected.
09/26/11 A 1997 Chevy Silverado was reported stolen in the Winamac area. The keys were left in the vehicle at the time of the incident.
09/26/11 A Cass Township resident requested to speak with an officer. He is going to file an arson report on a trailer he was renting.
09/26/11 A Pulaski resident called police to report the theft of a cutting torch.
09/26/11 A resident in Pulaski told police that his car was parked on State Road 119 and someone smashed in the windshield
09/26/11 An employee at a Winamac business reported the theft of $38 in gas.

Incidents:
9/26/11 A resident of the 6600 block of South 450 East in Knox reported she had hired a contractor to do remodeling, and gave him a check for $13,000 and $7000 in cash. The contractor has not done any work and she is unable to get in contact with him.
9/26/11 Jay Taylor of North Judson told police that someone had run over his mailbox and knocked it over, leaving part of a bumper and a fender laying in his yard.
9/27/11 Gavin Jackson from Stelrema in Knox reported a theft of propane tanks.
9/27/11 A resident of the 8200 block of North Apache in Walkerton reported his scooter, which was in his front yard for sale, had been stolen the night before.
9/27/11 A resident of the 8800 block of East 700 North in Knox reported her barn had been broken into and three cars were stolen: two 1967 Firebirds and a 1955 Chevrolet truck.
9/27/11 A resident of the 100 block of North Pearl Street in Knox reported her vehicle had possibly been stolen and scrapped.
9/28/11 A resident of the 8700 block of East 75 North in Knox told police that her friend had a stroke and had things stolen from him.
