4/11/16 – A break-in was reported at a storage unit at the intersection of 900 South and U.S. 35 in Knox.
4/11/16 – A Knox resident reported receiving harassing telephone calls and text messages from a former boyfriend.
4/11/16 – Deputies were dispatched to the Starke Hospital emergency room to speak with a dog bite victim. The bite occurred somewhere near Fletcher’s Carpet.
4/11/16 – A resident in the 800 block of west Toto Road advised someone ran over her mailbox and everything is scattered on the roadway.
4/11/16 – An employee at Preferred Flooring in Toto reported the dumping of about 10 bags of trash in their dumpster and advised they have mail in there with their names on it.
4/11/16 – Officials at Starke Hospital notified the sheriff’s office a man is in the emergency room stating he hit either a telephone pole or a mailbox and is unsure of the location.
4/11/16 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Office, Starke County EMS and Bass Lake Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle accident on Toto Road east of U.S. 35 in Knox.
4/11/16 – A Knox resident advised she and her husband were coon hunting on 100 West and were threatened by two men.
4/12/16 – Officers responded to a complaint about 4-wheelers driving up and down the road in the area of State Road 8 and 1100 East in Knox and warned the juveniles operating them to stay off of all roadways.
4/12/16 – The Washington Township Trustee reported someone in a white SUV pulled into the Eagle Creek Cemetery, dropped a moped off behind the dumpster and left.
4/12/16 – A San Pierre resident reported possible fraud on his credit report.
4/13/16 – A vehicle versus deer accident was reported at the intersection of Toto Road and State Road 39 in North Judson.
4/13/16 – A Walkerton woman reported fraud on her bank account.
4/13/16 – A caller reported someone had dumpbed a large amount of concrete and rocks in the 200 block of south State Road 23.
4/13/16 – A vehicle versus deer crash was reported on Toto Road just west of U.S. 35 in Knox.
4/14/16 – A vehicle versus deer crash was reported on State Road 10 at 600 East in Knox.
4/14/16 – A resident in the 2800 block of east 150 South in Knox reported people burning unknown material at the condemned residence to the east of his location.
4/14/16 – A Walkerton man was cited for riding a dirtbike on the roadway on State Road 23 near Collins Reality in Koontz Lake.
4/14/16 – A break-in and theft were reported in the 2600 block of east 525 South in Knox.
4/14/16 – A resident in the 10800 block of Seneca in Walkerton reported his ex-girlfriend came over, broke the door frame, shoved and punched him.
414/16 – A resident in the 7200 block of west 700 South in North Judson reported receiving a threatening telephone call.
4/14/16 – A shopper at Save-a-Lot in Knox reported her wallet missing after leaving it on the counter in the store and advised nobody has turned it in.
4/14/16 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Office and Starke County EMS responded to a rollover accident at the intersection of U.S. 30 and State Road 23.
4/14/16 – A caller found a syringe on 100 West north of Toto Road and advised it contained an unknown substance.
4/14/16 – The Koontz Lake Fire Department, Starke County EMS and the Starke County Sheriff’s Office responded to an accident in the 800 block of east 750 North in Hamlet. A Starke County Sheriff’s Deputy found a one-pot meth lab at the accident scene.
4/15/16 – A vehicle versus deer crash was reported on U.S. 30 near the Grovertown Truck Stop.
4/15/16 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Office, Starke County EMS and Knox Fire Department responded to a vehicle versus motorcycle crash on U.S. 35 in front of Bowlaway Lanes in Knox.
4/15/16 – A resident in the 2400 block of east 250 South in Knox found her horse dead and advised it looks suspicious.
4/15/16 – A bag of syringes was found at the corner of 200 South and 700 East in Knox.
4/15/16 – A Knox resident advised she got a telephone call regarding suspicious activity on her credit card, but she doesn’t have a credit card.
4/15/16 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Knox City Police Department in the execution of a search warrant in the 200 block of west Bender Street in Knox.
4/15/16 – A vehicle versus turkey accident was reported on State Road 10 west of U.S. 421 in San Pierre.
4/15/16 – A chainsaw was reported stolen in the 2400 block of north 1025 East in Grovertown.
4/15/16 – A resident in the 7900 block of Frost Street in Walkerton requested an officer for a theft and vandalism report.
4/15/16 – Deputies removed a trespasser from a home in the 2400 block of north 1025 East in Knox and issued a verbal trespass warning.
4/15/16 – A resident in the 11600 block of east South Ave. in Walkerton reported a vehicle’s windshield has been busted out.
4/16/16 – Residents in the 5800 block of Manor Drive in Knox reported their camper has been broken into.
4/16/16 – The owner of property on State Road 10 east of 250 West reported six ATVs trespassing and tearing up his field.
4/16/16 – Officers were called to a fight in the 10300 block of west State Road 10 in San Pierre.
4/16/16 – Vandalism was reported in the 7700 block of North Topinabee Road in Walkerton.
4/16/16 – The owner of a home in the 1200 block of East Toto Road in Knox reported the theft of a rental sign and problems with the neighbors at her rental property.
4/16/16 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Office and Starke County EMS responded to room 5 of the Stay For Less Motel in Hamlet for a report of a man who was shot in the hand with a pellet gun.
4/16/16 – A wrecked red golf cart was found 100 feet off the road in the 800 block of east 625 South in Knox.
4/17/16 – A man with blonde hair wearing baggy pants and holding a beer in his hand was reportedly standing in the middle of the intersection of Toto and Range Roads and hit a car with his fist.
4/17/16 – A resident in the 6100 block of south 850 East in Knox reported a stolen golf cart.
4/17/16 – The owner of property on 400 North east of Range Road in Knox found a one-pot meth lab on his property.
4/17/16 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Office, Bass Lake Fire Department and Starke County EMS responded to a vehicle versus motorcycle accident on State Road 10 at 100 East in North Judson.
4/17/16 – Needles were found in the roadway on 800 West south of Toto Road in Knox.
4/17/16 – A resident in the 2600 block of south 700 East in Knox reported her neighbor was shooting at her dogs that are tied up in her yard and advised her son was out playing in the range of gun fire.
