Lenny Dessauer comes to WKVI with a long history of broadcasting, dating back to 1983 on WJVC. Lenny then worked at radio stations throughout Southern Illinois and in Northwest Indiana doing on-air shifts, news reporting, music programming and just about everything else that is involved in getting radio “on-the-air” to the listeners. Lenny has been with Kankakee Valley Broadcasting since 2010. After updating WKVI FM and AM, WYMR-MAX98.3 was next. Built from Scratch it is fast becoming a Marshall County Favorite. His title at KVB is General Manager, but you can find Lenny doing many other things as well for the WKVI & MAX operations. Lenny and his wife, Julie own the North Judson business, Jumps R Us and The Pioneering Pig Homestead. He and his family also make English Lake their home for the past 20 plus years.
