Budding entrepreneurs can learn the skills needed to create, develop and strengthen successful business ventures during an upcoming leadership course in Fulton Count. The fall 2014 NxLevel Business Planning and Management Course will meet on Thursday evenings from Aug. 21 through Sept. 25 at the Fulton Economic Development Corporation office, 822 Main Street in Rochester.
