In a recent survey, Triple-A found that more than one in four Americans plan to take a vacation in the time between Labor Day and Thanksgiving. HVRM Promotes Family Outdoor Activities with Train Excursions

HVRM Halloween fall photoA few railroad excursions will be offered this fall to area residents interested in observing the sights and smells of the season.

The Hoosier Valley Railroad Museum offers visitors the opportunity to learn more about railroading during its heyday. The train rides will take place the first three weeks in October and will travel the Northwest Indiana countryside.
