A Plymouth man will serve 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to a charge of manufacturing methamphetamine.
Brock Biddle pleaded guilty in a plea agreement with the state to the charge and was sentenced in Marshall County Superior Court 1 on Thursday. He admitted to manufacturing the drug at his home on Loon Court which is near Webster School in Plymouth. Continue reading
Three people were arrested early Tuesday morning after a search warrant was executed at 725 Loon Court in Plymouth.
An investigation into methamphetamine related activity by the Plymouth Police Department and the Indiana State Police led to the warrant where officers reportedly found two active meth labs in the home along with drug paraphernalia.
The Plymouth Police Department arrested a man after a domestic dispute.
Officers responded to a residence on Dora Lane on Sunday after Stella Hinman called in to report a physical altercation. Police responded to the scene and after an investigation, Mark A. Weaver of Plymouth was arrested on a preliminary charge of Battery Causing Bodily Injury. The case will be forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office for further review.
Plymouth officers also investigated two theft incidents on Sunday and Monday. Amanda Bowen was arrested after she was caught shoplifting in Walmart. Brock Biddle was arrested in a separate incident of shoplifting at Walmart. They were both taken to the Marshall County Jail. Bowen was given a $3,000 bond.
A Plymouth man was arrested on a charge of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor after an alleged incident in March.
Plymouth Police received information from a 15-year-old victim that sexual activity had occurred between her and 26-year-old Brock Biddle in March of this year.
An investigation was conducted and the details were forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office where an arrest warrant was issued.
Biddle was arrested on Sunday on the arrest warrant. He remains in the Marshall County Jail on $10,000 cash bond.
