Indiana Supreme Court Hears Arguments in Pulaski County Land Case
A case involving the ownership of land in Pulaski County was heard Monday before the Indiana Supreme Court.
The case of Bonnell v. Cotner pertains to a land dispute involving a tax sale and a claim of adverse possession. The Pulaski County Circuit Court ruled in favor of Bonnell, but an Appellate court reversed that decision.
Released Convicted Murderer Saw Unrelated Charges Dropped in Pulaski County
A man recently released from prison, and convicted of murder and child molesting, has a history in the Pulaski County Court system.
67-year-old Richard Dobeski was let out of an Indiana Department of Corrections Facility in New Castle this month. He was convicted on two counts of murder dating back to 1965.
CASA of Marshall County Sees Lower Cases Than State
The Marshall County Commissioners were provided an update from an organization that advocates for children in the court system.
Haley Kittrell, the Director of Court Appointed Special Advocates of Marshall County, says cases involving abused and neglected children have been down in the area the first half of the year.
