An Indiana State Trooper and North Judson native was seriously hurt, when an SUV reportedly crashed into his police car early Wednesday. Trooper Corey Adam was investigating a single-vehicle crash in the westbound lanes of I-80/94 just after midnight, according to State Police.

A North Judson native is among five new troopers being assigned to the Indiana State Police Lowell Post. Corey Adam recently graduated as part of the 75th class of the Indiana State Police Academy.
