The Indiana State Police Bremen Post is under the charge of a new commander. Police Superintendent Douglas Carter recently announced the promotion of Sgt. Chad Larsh to the rank of lieutenant, putting him at the head of the Bremen Post covering Marshall, Kosciusko, St. Joseph, and Elkhart counties. Larsh earned this promotion through written testing and a competitive interview process.
