Emergency Management Agency officials issued a Winter Storm Warning for Starke, Marshall, Elkhart and Kosiusko counties this morning. Marshall County EMA representatives say the warning will be in effect from 6 a.m. CT today until 6 p.m. Monday, December 25th. They’re predicting 5 to 8 inches of total snow & strong winds may cause travel issues.
