A reimbursement from the Federal Emergency Management Agency will be coming into the City of Knox.
When the Board of Works met last Wednesday, Wastewater Department Superintendent Kelly Clemons told members that she received a report from FEMA. Starke County Emergency Management Agency Director J. Nier is still waiting to hear back from FEMA representatives about individual assistance for the county.
State officials want to hear from homeowners, renters, businesses and private nonprofit organizations that sustained uninsured damage from the recent severe storms and flooding.
