Administration and staff at the high school formed a committee earlier this year to accept applications for the position after it was vacated by former Assistant Principal Dave Miller. He has since accepted a position teaching Social Studies at the Middle School.

During last night’s Culver Town Council meeting, it was learned an offer had been extended for the position and accepted. Local paramedic Kathy Hart was named the new Culver EMS Director.

Interviews have been conducted with potential candidates for the open position. The Town has been considering making a hire after experiencing problems staffing volunteers.
The Town of Winamac was, until recently, in search of a new Town Manager. Now that the role has been filled for several weeks, Brad Zellers says plenty of it feels comfortable.
Zellers was with the Waste Water Department for about 20 years prior to accepting the Town Manager position. The Winamac Town Council said they had received several applications for the position when it was open, but wanted someone with experience in utilities.

At their last meeting, the Culver Town Council voted to extend an offer after conducting interviews for the position in December. Town Council President Ginny Bess Munroe said she was satisfied with the choice.

It was announced during last night’s regularly scheduled Winamac Town Council meeting that Brad Zellers was offered the Town Manager position. His hire comes after interviews for the position were conducted last week.
