Starke County Man Sentenced to Ten Years in DOC

A Starke County man was sentenced to ten years in the Indiana Department of Corrections in a hearing held in Starke Circuit Court Tuesday morning.

Jacob Nemeth, 23, pleaded guilty in a plea agreement with the state to a charge of incest as a Class C felony in a hearing on May 20 and he also admitted to a probation violation.

Henning, Nemeth Receive Suspended Sentences in Starke Circuit Court

Last week was a busy week for the Starke Circuit Court as Judge Kim Hall handed down sentences to a number of people on a variety of charges ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. Jacob Nemeth and Matthew Henning were among those sentenced in the court on Thursday.
