Incumbent Winamac City Councilwoman Judy Heater will serve a four-year term.

She got 36 votes to Rudy DeSabatine’s 25 on the first ballot during Thursday night’s Republican Party Convention. Winamac will not need to hold a November municipal election, as there are not any contested races. Continue reading →
