The unemployment rate in Starke County has seen an uptick in the percentage of unemployed residents compared to the previous month.
Now that zoning approval has been granted, additional steps can be taken to open a Tractor Supply Company location in Knox.
During Monday night’s meeting of the Knox Board of Zoning Appeals, a representative of Tractor Supply Co. requested a variance be granted to allow for the use of outdoor storage space at the Knox Mall – the proposed site of the store.
The Knox City Council will be considering the implementation of an economic development proposal during their meeting, Tuesday night.
