A man and woman from Monticello were arrested in Pulaski County early this morning after trying to outrun sheriff’s deputies. They responded to an open-line 911 call from a residence in the area of State Road 39 and County Road 400 South around 2 a.m. and found a man and a woman in a vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence.
