The City of Knox will hold its first concert in the park of the year tonight, but Mayor Dennis Estok told the city council Tuesday that it could also be the last, depending on the spread of COVID-19.

A full night of entertainment is coming to the Wythogan Park Performance Stage tonight.
Rides, music, food, and plenty of 4-H activities will be featured, as the Starke County Fair continues through Saturday. Today’s highlights include the 4-H Club Parade at 6:00 p.m., followed by the Opening Ceremonies at 6:15. Classic Vinyl will take the stage at 8:00 p.m. with music from the ’50s and ’60s.
The Kewanna Fall Festival gets underway this afternoon. Festival committee chair Tom Mate says this is the 13th year for the festival, which started out as a way to bring fun activities to the young people of the community. Continue reading
