Motorists traveling to LaPorte may encounter some road closures this weekend. Monroe Street will be closed from Lincolnway to State Street today from noon to 10:00 p.m., according to the Mayor’s Office. State Street will be closed from Clay to Jackson streets from 5:00 p.m. to midnight.
