Starke County Man Dies from COVID-19

Starke County is reporting its first COVID-19 death. A Starke County man died Saturday at Ft. Wayne Lutheran Hospital, according to the Starke County Health Department. Health officials say the man was over the age of 50 and had multiple serious preexisting conditions.

Lutheran Air Flight Adds Ambulance at Starke County Airport

The Starke County Airport in Knox has a new tenant. The Fort Wayne-based Lutheran Air Flight program is adding a third Lutheran Air Helicopter to its critical care transport fleet. It will go into service today. Continue reading →
