A Plymouth man was sentenced after pleading guilty to a charge of burglary and several other unrelated charges in a hearing in Marshall County Superior Court 1 on Thursday.
Mikal Lopez, 23, admitted that he broke into a home on Pennsylvania Avenue on Jan. 4, 2012 and stole a video game system with controllers, a video game and a dish full of coins. On Jan. 25 of this year, Lopez was arrested after traffic stop was conducted where officers found him in possession of a quantity of marijuana and a drug for which Lopez did not have a valid prescription. It was also learned that Lopez never obtained a driver’s license.
