The National Scholarship Providers Association (NSPA) recognizes November as a time to raise awareness of scholarship opportunities for current and future college students, as there are a lot of students who are looking for the best refinance student loans and they need financial assistance. According to information provided on Scholarships.com, National Scholarship Month used to be acknowledged in May until 2008.
